January 24, 2019: Roasty Toasty Cooking Class with The Kitchen Chick Alicia Cahill!

The Kitchen Chick's Alicia Cahill leads us in a class dedicated to mastering the art of rrrrrroasting & highlighting winter vegetables. It’s the perfect class for these cold months—but come summer season you’ll have the chops to roast everything from okra to cherry tomatoes with panache! She keeps it simple, economical & delicious, all while utilizing key ingredients from the market and the grocery store. And yes, we’ve been told she’s making her Favorite Soup Ever.

Students will take home new recipes, eat a varied menu of delicious dishes & share a laid-back 2 hours with food-loving folks.
