Indulge in the ultimate pleasure of savoring a refreshing seasonal summer meal out on the patio. In this session, you'll discover the art of crafting a simple yet delightful summer supper infused with the vibrant flavors of the Yucatan.

Students will take home new recipes, eat delicious dishes & share a laid back 1.5 house with food loving folks. Dr. Bethany will be leading us in recipes for:

• Citrus Marinated Shrimp with Pineapple and Peppers

• Cilantro Rice

• Watermelon Salad with Tajin
